Shipping policy

 

We want to keep shipping as easy as possible for our customers!

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost packages. If a problem occurs, please email us at sales@trendandtulip.com

We unfortunately do not ship internationally quite yet.

 

1. Standard Shipping:

This provides a flat rate of $5.99 for any size order you may have. You will be typically provided with a tracking number with this selection. Your order will normally be processed and shipped out within 5-8 business days.

 

2. UPS Ground Shipping:

This provides faster shipping. Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 3-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number as well. 

 

3. Local Delivery

Local delivery applies to those who live within a certain mile radius from the Domain. Local delivery will typically occur within 7 business days unless stated otherwise. Please note, this option is weather dependent.

We try our best to be eco-friendly! Majority of our packaging will either be compostable or recyclable.
